Brian T. McGinnis

Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked at prominent defense firms in Chicago where he represented insurers and self-insureds in complex litigation involving catastrophic loss in transportation, construction, nursing home, product defects and premises liability matters.

His experience in defending personal and property damage cases with high exposure provides him with a unique knowledge and skill in advocating for his injured clients. Since joining the firm in 2016, Brian has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements.

From 2011 – 2019, Brian was selected by his peers for inclusion in Super Lawyers® list of “Rising Stars.”

In 2022, Brian was selected by his peers for inclusion in Super Lawyers® list of “Super Lawyers.”

He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
